We’re thrilled to advise the Worcester Six development has been awarded full BREEAM Communities certification with a rating of Very Good.

BREEAM Communities is used to improve, measure and certify the sustainability of large-scale developments. There are currently less than 30 certified schemes in the UK and less than half of of these have progressed to final certification.

Congratulations to developers Stoford on setting the standard in sustainable landmark developments, and to our own Vicki Wilson for guiding the process and carrying out the assessments in order to secure the best possible rating.
