We’re delighted to announce Peter Flinton has just qualified as a BREEAM Refurbishment and Fit-Out Assessor.

The BREEAM Refurbishment and fit-out standards framework is designed to “deliver projects to a high performing and sustainable standard, support commercial success, and create positive environmental and social impact.”

The assessment process has been designed in order to provide an understanding of the building’s actual performance, by measuring and assessing standards including the refurbishment of existing core and local services, the external envelope and structure, as well as the interior design of existing buildings.
