Exciting progress at Catalyst (Phase 3!) with Practical Completion fast approaching.
Chris Pearce was back on site today (Wednesday 15 April 2026) for an MEP inspection and progress review. It’s always valuable to take stock in-person, and even more so when you can see the level of quality and coordination coming together across all disciplines.
The pace of delivery across this phase has been impressive, with the building now entering its final stages. From MEP installations through to finishing works, it’s clear a huge amount of effort has gone into ensuring the scheme meets both performance and design expectations.
A big credit to the wider project team for maintaining momentum and collaboration throughout. It really will show in the end product for the occupiers.

Catalyst as a whole is continuing to take shape as a standout development, and Phase 3 is another strong addition by Albion Land. The scheme is reinforcing the site’s reputation as a high-quality, well-delivered environment that will add long-term value for occupiers and the surrounding area.
We’re looking forward to seeing the final handover and the space brought to life.
