We are pleased to announce our appointment to the team working on the redevelopment Cotgrave Town Centre, Nottinghamshire, consisting of a multi-service centre for Rushcliffe Borough Council.

ESC have have been appointed to provide both Mechanical & Electrical Engineering consulting services as well as BREEAM services for the project. 

Scheduled to open in September 2018, the multi-million pound health centre will also house a library, police station and council services contact point.  

Other team members include @Rushcliffe, @bandkbuild, @BSPConsLtd, @westhart_p, #BelvoirHealthGroup, @WilsonBowden, #CarlDeanAssociates and we very much look forward to working with them to transform Cotgrave’s town centre.
