The Brief: A purpose built health centre, combining three medical practices with a collective patient list size of nearly 22,000. 

 The building also incorporates consulting and treatment rooms, meeting facilities, on-site pharmacy, administrative offices and a day suite operating theatre (with pre- and post-operative facilities).

The Engineering Difference: The design of the building includes infection control approved, air-changing thermal ventilation throughout with surgical specifications. Solar energy is integrated with the latest LED lighting technology and insulation standards.
