(now known as Bruyn’s Court)

The Brief: A £6m development of 25 apartments for residents over the age of 55 built to HAPPI (Housing our Ageing Population Panel for Innovation) standard. The apartments are arranged into three buildings of three storeys each, all linked by glass walkways.

The Engineering Difference: Each apartment was designed to be easily adaptable to meet the needs of each individual resident. All are double glazed and thermally efficient meaning lower running costs for each resident.
