This state-of-the-art facility has been built for the leading British security hardware and electronics business at i54, South Staffordshire.
The company has relocated from sites in Coventry, Willenhall and Wolverhampton to the new headquarters. The new purpose built 120,000ft² facility includes design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and a customer training centre.
ESC has also provided consulting building services duties on the construction of a new storage / production facility of 100,000ft² warehouse and 20,000ft² office, which was fitted out to Cat B.
