The Environmental Difference:

  • All fridge-freezers in communal areas have an A+ energy rating
  • All ovens in communal areas have an A energy rating
  • Rainwater harvesting system is used to flush all toilets in the building
  • No parking spaces provided, simply a drop-off area at the site entrance
  • 250+ cycle spaces are provided within the building
  • Entrance to cycle storage area covered by CCTV and access by key fob only
  • A green/brown roof has been installed
  • All trees, hedges and wetland areas on the site protected during the construction period
