The Engineering Difference: ESC has designed, tendered, procured and overseen the installation of all new utilities infrastructure, including taking the services under the M5 Motorway using a pipe-jacked duct arrangement. We also provided consulting building services duties on the construction of two new units of 45,000ft² and 165,000ft², one of which has been pre-let to a high-tech manufacturer.
