The Brief

Bedford Link sets a new industry standard by prioritising sustainability and well-being.

The goal is to achieve net-zero carbon buildings through seamless integration of renewable technologies, fostering a work environment with advanced features like environmental controls, increased glazing, welfare areas, access to parkland, and a cycle network. Engineered to the highest standards, the park showcases a highly engineered building envelope and Low and Zero Carbon (LZC) technologies.

This approach not only meets operational needs but positions the park as a model for responsible development. Currently in its final phases, the project emphasises comprehensive logistics solutions with ongoing construction of units measuring 165,000 sq ft and 348,000 sq ft, aligning with environmental consciousness and occupant well-being.
