With a focus on sustainability, the spa incorporates low-carbon and renewable technologies, including air-to-water air source heat pump systems and an integrated roof photovoltaic array.

A carefully engineered building envelope, optimised with dynamic thermal modelling, ensures minimal energy loss while providing panoramic views of the scenic grounds. The inclusion of a heat recovery ventilation system and a fully digital Building Management System (BMS) enhances operational efficiency and environmental impact.

Achieving a notable ‘B’ rating on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and full compliance with the 2013 Building Regulations Approved Document Part L2A, the spa exemplifies ESC’s commitment to creating spaces that seamlessly blend luxury, energy efficiency, and environmental consciousness.
