Representing Genting’s inaugural leisure destination in Europe, Resorts World Birmingham joins an esteemed family of Resorts World complexes across the globe. This high-end project encompasses a 178-bed 4/5-star hotel, an 11-screen IMAX cinema, a casino, a spa, and various food, beverage, and retail outlets.
ESC played a pivotal role as guardians of the mechanical and electrical services design and installation, ensuring the highest standards were maintained throughout the project.

Collaborating closely with the design and construction team, ESC meticulously scrutinised every aspect of the mechanical and electrical services to deliver an efficient, cost-effective, and high-performing services package. The project involved intricate engineering systems, including large-scale heating, chilled water, ventilation, and heat rejection systems, strategically routed throughout the building to cater to various end uses.
The multi-use building successfully incorporates a 170-bedroom 4/5-star hotel, reflecting excellence in both design and execution. ESC’s diligent oversight persisted throughout the construction of the hotel, spa, and casino outlets, ensuring a seamless process from design to completion and full occupation.
