Beyond the individual residences, the development boasts communal living spaces, concierge services, automated parking, and guest suites. Notably, residents can indulge in wellness facilities like a gym, herbal sauna, steam room, treatment rooms, and a hydrotherapy pool. The onsite kitchen/dining area with a resident chef completes the offering, providing a restaurant-style environment for shared meals or convenient delivery to individual apartments.

Our involvement in this transformative project centred on providing ACE Schedule of Services Performance Duties on behalf of Pegasus Life, the visionary client behind One Bayshill Road.

The key aspects of the project are multifaceted, including robust fire systems with an intelligent alarm system intricately linked to both onsite and offsite concierge services. The safety infrastructure extends to sprinkler and smoke ventilation systems, ensuring the highest standards of security.

The community heating system, equipped with Heat Interface units and a Combined Heating and Power (CHP) system, underscores the commitment to energy efficiency. Technological sophistication is further exemplified through a fiber backbone integrated with an IRS system, providing seamless connectivity throughout the development. An automated car parking system enhances convenience for residents, contributing to a holistic and innovative approach to retirement living. The project’s excellence is underscored by its recognition as the HAPPI Winner in 2015.
