If you have a BREEAM assessment in your pipeline that hasn’t yet been registered, it’s worth being aware of some important fee changes coming into effect from 1 September.
Here’s a quick overview of the main changes:
New Construction:
Registration fees increase from £540 to£750, with certification fees also increasing by between £60 and £300, depending on the size of the assessment.
In-Use:
Registration increases from £750 to£790, with certification fees increasing by £60 per certification credit.
RFO:
Registration fees also increase from £540 to £750.
Certification fees are now split between Fit Out V7 and RFO, with new assessment size bands ranging from <1,000m² to >100,000m² (the changes to RFO assessment bands make it particularly difficult to make a direct comparison with the previous fee structure).
