BREEAM v7 Live from 27 January…

With BREEAM Version 7 coming into force on 27 January 2026, now is an important decision point for projects considering BREEAM registration.

Projects registered before 27 January 2026 may still be assessed under BREEAM V6, which can offer continuity with existing design assumptions, planning strategies and programme commitments for some schemes.

At the same time, BREEAM V7 represents a positive step change in performance, whole life carbon and operational outcomes – and our team is fully ready to support projects pursuing V7 from the outset.
