Qualifications: ONC & HNC Building Services. Low Carbon Consultant. BREEAM Accredited Professional.
Professional Associations: Licentiate Member of Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers. Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology.
Dan became a qualified engineer in 2001 and now has 23 years’ design experience with consulting engineering companies.
He joined ESC in 2006 and brings an enthusiastic and professional approach to design and on-site monitoring in building services consultancy.
Dan strives to be at the forefront of low energy design and energy conservation solutions through the implementation of new technologies in all aspects of building services design. His design and monitoring experience for both the commercial and residential markets are invaluable in developing a fresh approach to design.
His current projects include the design and management of the M&E engineering services for the site preparation and build of 800,000 ft² of speculative warehouse units in Didcot and the monitoring role for a 1,000 unit retirement village which is a focal point of the Perry Barr Regeneration Scheme.
Dan is also the Director responsible for overseeing the output of ESC’s Electrical, CAD and Sustainability teams.
