We’re really pleased to introduce a few new faces who’ve joined the ESC team in the last few months…
Abbie Graham – Sustainability Consultant
Abbie joined us back in October and has already flown through her exams to become a qualified BREEAM Assessor… a brilliant start and a great addition to the sustainability team. Her degree in Design for Future Living – Architecture and Design focused heavily on sustainability within the built environment, giving her a strong foundation as she continues to grow her knowledge and skills with us.
George Bayliss – Apprentice Electrical Engineer
George became part of the team at the end of November and is already settling in well. He’s currently working towards his HNC, and we’ll be supporting him as he progresses into his full Degree‑Level apprenticeship next summer. George has brought plenty of enthusiasm and energy to the team, and we’re looking forward to seeing him grow in his role.
Jack Sparrow – Mechanical Engineer
Jack started at ESC in early January 2026 as our new Mechanical Engineer. He brings a wealth of solid design experience across commercial, educational, and healthcare projects, and he’s already settling in well with the Mechanical team. Fun fact: it’s not Jack’s first time at ESC… he did a week’s work experience with us in 2016!!!
And last, but very much not least…
Carter Harrison – Sustainability Consultant
Carter came on board just last week and arrives with several years of hands‑on experience as a qualified BREEAM Assessor. He has a thoughtful, practical approach to helping organisations improve the environmental performance of their buildings and projects. His work will support both our internal sustainability ambitions and those of our clients and partners.
We’re excited to have Abbie, George, Jack, and Carter with us as we continue to grow. Please join us in giving them all a warm welcome to ESC.
